June 2003

ZSearcher 2.0 is now available! In this version:

  • a new function lets you open, browse and sort files of multiple MARC records
  • faster connection and record transfer rates
  • updated list of servers & databases (almost 100 new databases)
  • minor bug fixes

The fully functional trial version of the program is available from our ZSearcher Downloads page.

February 8, 2002

ZSearcher 1.2 is out! In this release:

  • added "send to" interface to work with upcoming MARCWriter software
  • transfer layer improvements (more efficient and faster)
  • minor bug fixes

December 3, 2000

ZSearcher 1.1 has been released! The new version features some important improvements:

  • added support for UKMARC and UNIMARC formats
  • added support for records output in text (ASCII), XML and MARC formats
  • various interface improvements
  • minor bug fixes

October 6, 2000

ZSearcher, the Z39.50 client from Integral Concepts, has recently been reviewed in the online journal Biblio Tech Review. Among the comments:
